The previously used pre-treatment process of NdFeB magnets' material before plating

　　NdFeB magnets' materials are unlike forging metal material so tight, belonging to microporous materials. Its porous brings many difficulties and troubles to plating pretreatment. In addition to the removal of alkaline, acidic substances on the upper surface of the workpiece and the dirt, brought in processes, the greatest difficulty is, how to clean the dirt in the pores.

　　For less demanding and low-grade magnetic material, the previously used pre-treatment process: alkaline degreasing - washing - pickling (bleach, and) - Washing - Surface activation - plating. This process is simple, but it has higher requirements on degreasing agent, which needs to use neodymium - iron - boron degreasing agent, degreasing degreasing agent formula is complex, needing many kinds of raw materials, and the preparation process is verytrouble. And once the ratio is improper, it will lapse, practicality is poor.

　　Since the advent of industrial production of high-power ultrasonic cleaning machine, this problem has been solved.
