The selection of the workpiece’s cleaning method

　　The putting ways of the workpiece in the cleaning tank has a great relation with the cleaning quality, and also has a close link with its layout and workpiece size, shape and structure. In general, the overlapping piling between workpieces or piling up too much once time will affect the cleaning effect.

　　Although the shape of NdFeB magnets' material varies, most are small parts. It can be placed on a nylon net, trough shake cleaning in the cleaning groove, this helps to keep the dirt on the workpiece surface off, but also conducive to the workpiece with a blind hole of water break, so that the blind hole is easy to generate cavitation effect.

　　Another way is direct to place flatly the workpiece in the cleaning tank's bottom plate, so that the workpiece is subjected to intense ultrasonic impact. Practice has proved that the cleaning effect of this cleaning method is best, with the highest efficiency.
