　　NdFeB magnets' materials is made by sifted neodymium, iron, boron powder through mixing, pressing and sintering. According to the usage of the product requirements, NdFeB magnets can be mechanically processed into different shapes.

　　Because this kind of material chemistry is more lively, it is extremely easy to be oxidized, so the product needs to be electroplated coating processing. However, electroplating coating quality and its treatment are closely related. This pretreatment process generally includes degreasing, rust, activation process. If the pretreatment process has a link processing not clean, it will bring latent defects to the final plating products, resulting in electroplating layer's blistering, peeling and so on. Defective magnetic material parts will lose market sales value and will become useless.
