Aluminum nickel and cobalt ( AlNiCo magnets) is the permanent magnetic material that is earliest developed, and it is made of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron and other trace metal elements of an alloy.

According to the different production process, it can be divided into sintered aluminum nickel and cobalt ( Sintered AlNiCo magnets) and cast aluminum nickel and cobalt ( Cast AlNiCo magnets). The product shape is circular and square.

Casting process can be processed into the production of different sizes and shapes; and compared with casting process, sintering products are limited to small size. Its blank dimension tolerances are better than casting products, whose magnetic properties are a little lower than casting products, but can be processed. In permanent magnetic materials, aluminum nickel and cobalt permanent magnest have the lowest reversible temperature coefficient, temperature can be as high as 600 degrees celsius. Aluminum nickel and cobalt permanent magnetic products are widely used in various instruments and other applications.
