The magnet will loss its magnetic property？

But not due to oxidation. The magic property es from the alignment of the atoms. then you will see its magic property. But the alignment will relax as time pass you may heard that there is a temperature the Curie temperature. It is about 500 degree C for iron which is material dependent. If the temperature is higher than it the atoms will align randomly and lost the magnetic property.

Which magnets have the strongest magnetic force?

Rare earth magnet is the most powerful magnet found at present. Among rare earth magnets, neodymium magnet is the strongest magnetic force. As long as the magnetic circuit is in good condition, the performance of SmCo magnet at high temperature (about 150°C or above) will be better than that of the new magnet.

What are the factors that affect the strength of magnets?

The strength of magnets is influenced by many factors, including:

2.radiation

3.External magnetic field such as high current

4.Magnets close to another magnet (repulsion)

5.Corrosion-Some magnets need protective coating to prevent them from corrosion in high humidity (e.g. neodymium magnet).

In modern magnet materials, shock and vibration have no influence unless the intensity of shock or vibration is enough to damage the magnet.
