Can we get the corresponding technology, as long as the Japan sets up factories in China?

It is estimated that Hitachi Metals choose to make between the material stability procurement technology outflow risk, and finally they still decided to ensure procurement first.

　　Technicians of a magnet manufacturer saw the report, both surprised and regret: In fact, I'm guessing that the Hitachi Metals do not want to build factories, and I do not know the future will be how.

　　However, even if they set up factories in China, they also may not immediately lead to technology outflow. On this issue, the better deal is a Japanese automobile manufacturer. If Japanese car manufacturers want to sale car in China, it must be to set up a joint venture with Chinese companies to build factories in China. China can obtain corresponding technology through joint ventures.
