Known as the third generation of rare earth magnets, sintered neodymiun-iron-boron(NdFeB magents) are the most powerful and advanced commercialized permanent magnets today. With far better permanent magnetic performances compared with traditional magnets, sintered NdFeB magnets are the key functional materials for traditional and modern industry.

Strong NdFeB magnets are available in both sintered NdFeB magnets and Bonded NdFeB magnets forms. Sintered NdFeB magnets offer the highest magnetic properties while Bonded NdFeB magnets offer lower energy properties. As per magnetized directions: Bonded NdFeB magnets are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction. While sintered NdFeB magnets need to be oriented in the manufacturing direction and must be magnetized in the direction of orientation, usually through Axial or diameter, depending on the actual application.

Excellent strength value, moderate temperature stability & favorable mechanical properties, relatively easy to machine.

Hard, brittle and corrosive nature, to improve the anti-corrosion level, surface treatment is recommended. Some opitional coatings: Zn, NiCuNi, Epoxy, Silver, Gold, Sn, etc.
