Bonded NdFeB magnets

　　Bonded NdFeB magnets have many advantages, which can replace the application of part ferrite permanent magnets in many fields of automobile, electronic industry and office automation. This paper briefly introduces the development of domestic and international bonded magnet, describes the production process of bonded NdFeB magneta.

　　Bonded NdFeB magnet is NdFeB microcrystalline powder and magnet by pressing and curing, after mixing of organic polymers, such as resin, plastic, polymer or soft metal. Compared with sintered magnets, bonded magnet's magnetic is lower, but is much higher than that of ferrite permanent magnets, and magnetic energy's change range is very wide, such as magnetic energy product ( BH ) max from 5MGOe ( 40kJ/m3 ) to 15MGOe ( 120kJ/m3 ), so it can replace the ferrite permanent magnets to be used in many fields, and make it reach requirements on small, lightweight and high performance.
