Alnico permanent magnet is an alloy magnet made for Al,Ni,Co,Fe and other trance metal elements and may be produce through either sintering or casting process. The product has remarkable resistance against corrosion and high temperature, and is mainly used in certain predision instruments.

 

Sintered  Alnico magnets possesses high magnetic density and great time stability and low coefficient of temperature ,so under the quick change of temperature the demagnetization is low. Because of high hardness, it's only fit for grind.

 

Sintered  Alnico magnets are suitable for being used in instrument, meter, micro-motor, electro-acoustic device, microwave device and magnetic drive unit etc.
